Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book or receive a mobile detailing service from YDdetailers ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking an appointment, you agree to them. We keep them short and in plain language on purpose.
Booking and payment
- You can book online at yddetailers.com or by phone/text at (248) 346-5194.
- Prices shown online are starting prices based on your vehicle size and the package and add-ons you pick. If your vehicle needs significantly more work than described (for example, heavy pet hair, mold, or biohazards not mentioned at booking), we'll tell you before starting and agree on any price change together.
- Payment is due when the detail is finished. We accept cash and major digital payment apps.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 12 hours before your appointment. Just call or text us.
- If we arrive and can't perform the service (no vehicle access, no water/power when required, unsafe conditions), we may treat it as a late cancellation and ask to reschedule.
Weather
If it rains and you have a garage or covered space, we can usually still do the detail. If not, we'll reach out and reschedule you to the next available day at no extra charge.
What we need from you
- A parking spot where we can safely work on your vehicle.
- Access to an outdoor water spigot and a reachable power outlet (needed for most services — if you're not sure about your setup, tell us when you book).
- Please remove valuables and personal items from the vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for personal items left inside.
Vehicle condition and liability
- We treat every car like our own and use products appropriate for your vehicle's surfaces.
- Please point out any pre-existing damage (scratches, tears, loose trim, warning lights) before we start. We may photograph the vehicle before and after for our records.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear revealed by cleaning (for example, swirl marks or stains that become visible once dirt is removed), or for damage caused by conditions we couldn't reasonably know about.
- If you believe we damaged your vehicle, contact us within 48 hours and we'll work with you to make it right. We're fully insured.
Satisfaction
If something isn't up to standard, tell us before we leave or within 24 hours and we'll fix it. That's the deal behind our money-back guarantee.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above.
